Complete and submit the attached “Model Application Form”.
STEP THREE:
Submit Model Comp Card to:

Please save composite card as FIRST NAME LAST NAME 2027
and title your email FIRST NAME LAST NAME 2027
Regular photos of yourself (not in composite card format) will not be accepted. Please take the time to create a professional composite card with measurements on it. You can find our previous year model cast for reference on how this should look. Hiswimshow.com/2026models.
