WELCOME TO THE SECOND ANNUAL
HAWAI’I SWIM SHOW

The Hawai‘i Swim Show is a 3-day exclusive fashion showcase featuring world renowned designers and some of Hawai’i’s top swim and resortwear brands.

This year’s second annual event will take place at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort and Spa located on the beautiful Kohala coast. Kicking things off on Friday, September 1st is the Opening Night Invitational, where 10 of Hawai’i’s best local designers will be featured in a back to back fashion showcase.

Also featured on Saturday and Sunday is a VIP designer showcase where prestigious swimwear brands from around the world have the opportunity to display their collections in their own individual runway show.

To elevate the experience, guests will be able to shop the looks at the vendor showcase and pop-up located in the lobby and terrace overlooking Anaeho‘omalu Bay.

Topping it all off; guests will have a luxurious VIP red carpet experience while getting a first hand look at the culture and creativity of this iconic event.

Important Event Information

This event is expected to host 1000+ guests in attendance.

With that being said, please refer too all important event information to best prepare and to help us ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience.

*IMPORTANT NOTE:
Ballroom theater doors will close-
5 minutes prior to each showtime and will not re-open until intermission or end of show. Please plan accordingly.

  • All guests MUST have either Hawai’i Swim Show issued passes to attend our runway showcases.

    For all other guests arriving on Saturday or Sunday, please visit the Hawai’i Swim Show Infomratino booth located in the lobby OR visit the red carpet entrance to inquire on ticket pickup

  • Our Hawai’i Swim Show EVENT GUEST DRESS CODE is “ALL-BLACK FORMAL ATTIRE” for the entirety of the runway showcase. (Friday, 9/1 - Sunday, 9/3)

  • PARKING in the Marriott Resort lot are for Hawai’i Swim Show event guests and Marriott hotel guests ONLY.

    The gate will be kept open during event showtimes and validation is not needed. However, parking is extremely limited. Please plan accordingly.

    Please carpool or ride share to the best of your ability to ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience and access to parking.

    There is also free, public parking located just across the street, in walking distance at the Waikoloa Kings shops.

    Please note:
    The Marriott Resort parking lot gate will be closed each night following the concusion of our events, and will be for Hotel guests only. All Marriott hotel guests will also need a daily parking pass at this time.

  • Our prohibited items include:

    -Luggage or Backpacls
    -Flower Bouquets or Balloons

    Lei & lei po’o are allowed
    as long as they are stored in a safe place under your seat

All General Admission, VIP, VIP GOLD and MEDIA passes will be picked up at WILL CALL located in the Marriott Paniolo Ballroom.

Please enter the Marriott Resort lobby, proceed toward the ocean view terrace and look for the signs that direct you toward TICKET PICK UP.

Our Exclusive Opening Night Invitational is a single fashion show featuring multiple small local and native hawaiian owned businesses. This production is designed to bring exposure to our local community and also ensures our support of small local businesses. Each show features swimwear brands sourced from across the island chain as well as resortwear, jewelry and accessory brands. Our featured designers are carefully selected by the Hawai’i Swim Show board in order to best represent the state of Hawaii, hawaiian culture and our overall mission the of the show.

Each brand is carefully selected by the Hawaii Swim Show board in order to best represent the state of Hawaii, hawaiian culture and our overall mission of the show. All VIP Brands are sourced locally as well as globally and are selected based ir reputation, exposure, overall success and background.
