2025 DESIGNER APPLICATION

Please follow the instructions and complete ALL required steps in order to be considered to be featured as an Official 2025 HAWAI’I SWIM SHOW DESIGNER.

STEP ONE:
Add to Cart & Proceed with processing fee payment.

STEP TWO:
Complete and submit the attached “Designer Application Form”.

***Please note: There is a $25 non-refundable service fee for the processing of all applications***

All applications due by: November 30, 2025 11:59 PM HST

Once applications close, we will promptly review all applications and respond in an email whether or not you will be moving forward in the application process.
